General Information
Fees
The standard conference fee is £90 and the discounted student rate is £60. The fee includes the conference dinner and a buffet lunch on both days.
Researchers based in the MIB can attend talks, but only registered participants are entitled to lunch and other refreshments.
Receipts
A receipt for the conference fee will be available with your conference pack.
Facilities
The seminar room is equipped with a data projector and a computer running acrobat and powerpoint. The easiest thing is for you to bring your talk on a memory stick to be transferred onto this computer. Come to see the session chair 10 minutes before the start of the session in order to transfer your talk onto the computer. If you require special software then you can bring your own laptop and use it for your presentation. In this case, please let the session chair know that you want to use your own computer before the start of the session and make sure it works prior to the session start.
Poster boards are large enough to accomodate an A0 poster in landscape or portrait format.
